Glad you enjoyed! Skeeters weren’t actually bad for us anywhere except Phipps creek which I’d recommend avoiding at all costs. Other than that just always know where you’re going to get your next water (we had to donate water and a map to the less prepared) and enjoy the views :)
@@JuliaCassandraSmith I may wait for a September trip and do Colorado in July? Not sure yet but definitely note the water issue! I use Guthooks and seems a lot of seasonal flow for sure

both of these songs sound too similar to me. I just heard this Evan Hansen song on the tv and within the commercial/trailer is where I first heard it. I immediately thought Pitch Perfect 2? Hi I plan on doing the trail this August I think so weather conditions should be similar to your trip. Did you use micro spikes?

Goodness, no need for such hostility, Brian! We put up this video for our family and friends. We had no idea it would be so viewed and I have not followed the comments. I just noticed another comment asking for our itinerary and sent it to the email he left me. I’d rather not post the long breakdown on here so, Joe, if you’d like to send me your email I can forward it along to you as well. FYI, it took a bit more than five minutes to dig up and edit to add all the changes we made along the trail, Brian.
